I participated in a one-day beginner’s cheesemaking course. It was simply fabulous. Michael Paradise, our teacher, is extremely knowledgeable and very generous with his teaching. It is an intense and quite tiring day, which provides excellent value, but one needs to be prepared for a lot of info to process and quite a lot of time on your feet. We made an impressive variety of cheeses and left with the fruits of our labour – so delicious! This course and the Long Paddock Cheese School warrants a strong recommendation – such a great experience.
